Wrong Bann (Appeal)

Wrong Bann (Appeal)

Hello dear support.
Just want to apologize for the that distract you from important work and for your English, as I write this message via a machine translator.
The fact that last week my account was banned. The reason for the ban was the alleged gold trade. I immediately informed the GM about it I was notified that you are not a gold dealer or similar scammer. Furthermore, I play since March and have never received any comments from the GM. Because, do not violate the rules of this wonderful server. Of course there were occasions when I gave gold as a gift to newcomers from the Guild, either friends of mine who recommended this server as one of the best in the world. But to be generous is a crime!? And "the gold trade" for me is a huge absurdity, because once lost the fun of the game and the account. Why would I, a man who has sharply become fraud? In gold I don't need. I also noticed that many people have the same problem, and was accidentally accused of fraud. Apparently it's a glitch in the system definitions of such violations.
On this I beg you, please reconsider your decision and unlock my account. Because I'm clean as a tear baby:)

Sincerely, sincerely your devoted admirer of Sett.

Hello again dear support.
For 12 days I was not your reply to my message. I don't know why you have no time to write me a few words. For example "We check your account", or "fuck you, we don't need you", or "We can't read your message because you don't understand written due to a bad translator". But still, I amuse myself hope that you are working in the right direction and my mistakenly banned account will work again.
With respect sincerely yours Sett.
