GMs pls help!

My account is banned today. i know what i have done . its about the herbs.
when i notice the bug is out and i send a ticket ASAP . and delete all the herbs(5 stacks of Dreamfoil total)in the same time and im still be banned. i know something is wrong and i delete them even the sever notice not out yet.
PLS check the ticket and help me sir . this account is really mean something to me and for my guild.

thats not fair bro. i think the GMs will do the right things. im not a Farmer just a normal player like you all.
and i did what i should do "report the bug". its an accident to me ,i really hope i can get my account back.

i know what iv done its wrong .
when i find out thats the bug i report it and do what i have to do.
its all happened in five mins( the sever crash for like 10mins)
im sure GMs will do the jobs.
