I just want to ask you: really we got PERMA ban for looting a few extra mine? you should not do this on x-mas
First i tought it was something like a Xmas gift.. because some1 yelled it... then a red message told me it was not.
the red message came after like 30 min. after the red message i didnt loot anymore,
but it not said i should delete all of my already looted stuffs. and yes i should have this in common sense, but i farmed in the last 20+ hours without sleep and i missed it because I tought you will roll back everything or something like this, cant remember perfectly i was very sleepy... and i went to sleep.
You made a mistake with the patch, we made a mistake with looting it. we are equally wrong.
You should not punish players with this, at least not with PERMA ban.. thats just ridiculous.
I dont see this as a fair thing. and its not that big thing, like we botted it or farmed some serious gold with some heavy xploit, the whole story was like 15-20 min clicking on 1 vein... and i bet 90% of the server would do the same if they were there near the veins just out of curiosity.
if i remember correctly: 7-9 arcane crystals + 15-20 stack thorium + 6-8 stack dense stone what i gained from that vein, maybe some worthless other crystals too.
hitting a vein equals "Abuse of major in-game bugs"?
its like im in the jail with serial killers and druglords because i stole a chocolate from the fridge.
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
I was in Un'goro on the mountain. i cant remember the hour. but i hs'ed to org just before the red message.
and i did not deleted the items.
1- i stopped before it, and i logged off / went to sleep, waited for the rollback.
2- as i said i missed this, all of them in my bags / bank - it was not in the red message.
3- i put 2 arcane crystals on the AH and maybe some 1-2g worth crystals like azerothian diamond or blue crystal !!!but just the things i had before the bug. nothing from that vein, if i remember correctly.
if something came from the bugged vein, im sorry but i tried not to use those items and it must not worth alot.

This was my first and only "violation" and i can promise i will not "bugging" again.
at least u can have some heart on Xmas and make it non-perma ban.
