Yes the people who were just doing their usual farming routes should have known there was an exploit based on a warning that came out 1 hour later. Their fault really for not looking into the future.

No. The warning went out just to make it official. Everyone should have known better. How much more of an obvious bug could there be? It's not as if it were a situation where it was unavoidable to exploit this bug. It was so easily avoidable. Stop gathering and make a ticket explaining that you ran into a bug with resource nodes. Then just do not do any more resource gathering until it has been fixed. You act like the devs forced people to take advantage of this bug. Get a grip.

Yeah i think you are right.
I regret what i did and deleted everything as you can see in the video, i didnt sell anything or made pots from it.
I think it just felt like xmas is real in that moment but i would not do it again because i learned from my mistake and i didnt write a ticket because Gammelmor from my guild already did, next time if i see a bug i will immediately report it. I hope the nost admins will have mercy :3

The fact that you didn't submit a ticket may come back to bite you. I guess it depends on how they evaluate these cases. The fact that you deleted everything will certainly help I would think. I'm sure it will be late this weekend or early next week until all these reviews get sorted out. I'm interested to see how they handle this one.

That's not exactly true. Plus, they haven't started reviewing these bans yet. So they aren't necessarily all permanent. Give them time to do their job.

Hi,

150 accounts have been banned for exploits related to this respawn bug: our policy regarding bug exploitations is very strict, as stated in our terms of use.

However, some cases may be manually reviewed, only if ALL of the following conditions are met:
CODE: SELECT ALL
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016


If you meet all these conditions, please mention it on a ban appeal topic on the "Account Issues" forum (or edit the existing one).

Make sure you join all the details on the exploit you did, including where it was, when you started, when you ended, when you deleted the items, etc ... If you have any video element, include it aswell.
You should also mention how you tried to raise the staff awareness about this issue (GM ticket, forum post, ...).

If all the conditions 1-4 are met, all these additional elements will be taken into account during the manual ban review process, that may take several weeks depending on the number of appeals we receive. You will then be informed of the result of this review process.

Hi, i dont meet the 3rd requirement but please take a closer look i deleted everything and just traded the Plagueblooms to my bank before like i do with everything to save bagspace and i havent sold anything!
I hope you can see how many i looted and compare it to the amount i deleted in my video.
