Hi, as mentioned in the subject my account got ban..
I heard later on Xmas eve about an exploit from herbs and mining and I did farm some thorium veins yesterday but I thought I was lagging or something went wrong with the game but I didn't exploit it with bad intentions, plus, I destroyed most of thorium and stones I get...
I didn't see the warning message in game neither so I wasn't aware about the exploit but I quickly understood it when I just realized that I effectively wasn't lagging.
So I didn't make money with it and It wasn't my intention to cheat, that's why I stopped playing for a while and get back into the game later and farm some thorium when the exploit has been fixed and everything went well, I even dropped an arcane crystal lucky me but now I got my account ban
