Account banned review

Game master, Merry christmas and all the very best at the upcoming new year. Thanks for taking your precious time to reading my requsts.
I have heard that some players account had been banned today due to the unexpceted bug of mining and herb collecting. My friend (character name) Sphoho was one of them. Because, he doesnt understand english. Thus, he has empowered me to apply his account review . I understand the rule in the game, and we have accept these terms when we created account. However, please hearing his case. Yesterday, when he was collecting herbs during the time (he colleted 8stacks of Dreamfoil and 8stacks of Sungrass) that he has heard messages from publilc channel people will gets banned by using bug gets advantage. Afterwards, he loged out his account without recieving any warning ( I believe that if he received warnings he will defintely delete these items). Vanile offers to Wowers a great oppunitiy of backing lv60 golden age and we're appreciated this offer.
I understand he has broken the rule but no his attention. I will be very appreciated that if you can reconsider his case by revoking banned permanmently and give him a chance (72h ban penality)

We're still waiting for your replay and final decision. I had read the herb/ming node exploit appeals at forum and realising my friend is partly met the conditions. Therefore, I would defend for him in this case as his consigner.
First at all, (character name: Sphoho) he was no any exploitation after ser rolling back at second time and had been log out before the 15:12 server time without receving system annoucement. I have mentioned on previous post, becasue he doesnt understand english (I have suggested all of my friends if they've any problem in understanding english, I would like to help them). Thus, he is met the condtion one.
Secondly,because the node respawn bug that he felt quite annoying being logout automatically all the time and he thought that systmen will be deleted this items, so he decided to take a break by stop playing. I know he hasn't been removed all the exploited items and being responsible for this consequence, but please understand it is not his attention. He just thought systemn will be worked it out. So, I think he is partly met the condition two.
Thirdly, He exploited 8stacks of dreamfoils and 15stacks of Sungrasses at Azshara around 2:00-2:50pm server time in 25th Dec.None of these items exploited by him have been traded, sold and exchanged to any third party or more. He has raised the awareness about the respawn issues from china channel (player will get ban) and stopped doing it after awareness. Thus, he wasnt getting any further advantages.
All in all, we hope GM team can reconsider this case and review this account ban. We're appreciated your effort and respect every decision you made.
