Herb/ore ban appeal.

Second post is submitted detailing points/conditions for appeal set out by GM's.


1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
1: Exploitation stopped 20-30min prior to system message. Logs will show I logged off of the character "Beskermer", logged onto "Kaalgat" +/- 15:00 to kill mobs in winterspring for timbermaw rep then logged onto "Sangoma" +/- 15:40 for the remainder of the evening running DM East.

2- All the exploited items must have been removed
2: Ticket was opened 15:05-15:15 informing GM's of situation. Items not deleted as reply was not received. Logged off char prior to system announcement. Deleting 20-30 thorium and 1 arcane crystal can easily be achieved.
Ticket opened on Kaalgat: I would like to inform you due to the bug on the ore/herbs I proceeded to mine 20-30 thorium and 1 arcane crystal off a single node. Please advise me on how this must be resolved/handled" Ticket was not answered due to "we are experiencing a high volume of tickets" After +/- 30min I logged off of this character aswell. Items not deleted.

3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
3: Ticket was opened approx. 15:05-15:15 informing GM's of situation. Items not deleted as reply was not received. Logged off the character that the offence was performed on prior to system announcement. No items have been sold or vendored or crafted with. Cannot confirm 100% if the items are still on my char or in bank or mailed to my bank alt (my habit prior to logging is to always clear my bags) \
Should they have been mailed they would be on "Kaalgat" still in the mail system. (yeah this means I failed on this point if I did mail them >.< but you wanted a honest answer so ...)

4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

<GM> Voltog did indeed confirm in game that a ticket was opened on Kaalgat in game at approximate time of system announcement announcing the bug but it was never attended to.
