Baned by herb/ore Bug (met 4 conditions)

Dear GM:

I ve read the 4 point of conditions.
i think my account ve met all of these conditions
i feel very sorry for my fault. Just wanna GM recheck my account.
account: Vivilili (60 mage)
I ve fly to Eastern Plaguelands and start herb Plaguebloom at 14:55pm sever time. the Plaguebloom is at 78.59 and 71.51 in Eastern Plaguelands.
I ve stop herb at 15:13pm sever time when i saw the GM announcement. and back to Ironforge at once. I ve herb 109 Plaguebloom total.
i ve delete all that 109 Plaguebloom around 15:30 sever time.
