Hi,
Character: Sinnee
Server: PvP
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
I believe my account was locked due to the recent herb/ore node issues and I feel that this should be reviewed for release.
I obtained herbs in EPL during the time of the issue and was not aware of any system issues until the server announcement advised to all.
I was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time as I collected a herb as I normally would - it did not despawn, which is not uncommon with my 400ms Australian ping, sometimes the node does not despawn until I have run away - I thought I was lucky due to finding an additional node to gather.
I proceeded to ride around the zone and found many nodes were active but herbed each once thereafter.
I did not contact any GM as other guild members advised they already had.
The system message had been sent out and I had already stopped all actions - I was awaiting official Nostalrius response or any guild mates ticket to be answered.
Please see my 4 answers below that clarify everything -
1. No exploitation has taken place after 15:12 server time.
As soon as system message was sent out, I hearthed and logged out in Ironforge to await further information.
2. The system wide message only stated to stop all activity and to continue would result in a permanent ban.
The message did not advise to delete/remove/take any other action and therefore my items were NOT deleted. If the system message had requested this, I would have done so immediately.
I was not aware of any game breaking server wide issue - therefore my thought process was never to delete items 'to fix the issue'
How was anyone supposed to know unless told to take such actions? (ie. the system wide message which made no mention of taking such action/s)
3. No items were traded, sold, sent by mail, listed on any AH or exchanged to any person. All items as above are still on the character in Ironforge - the system message did not advise to proceed otherwise.
4. This appeal is before the due date.
Please look at the above, especially point 2, as I believe that I meet these requirements in any logical sense.
Sinnee
edit: same situation as this person, awaited instruction and was not advised to take any action per system message.

Obviously we both would have.
