Banned?

Hi.

Ive been playing on nostalrius for 6-7 months now without any problems.
Yesterday i was playing with my friends like any normal day without any problems.
I woke up today wanting to level my warlock "raveboy", but suddenly it said that i was permently banend? I have no idea why i should i be banned, i never spammed anything or flamed.
Please help me
