This is your FAIR and EQUAL system you have for judging offenders??
So, this system you have for judging people seems to be working well. So already we have same offences committed yet different punishments handed out.
Take this next issue. This player confirms he farmed herbs up until server message and most likely mailed some of the herbs to his bank alt from where he deleted them. He still got approved.

Did you delete all exploited items? Yes or No.
Yes, i deleted all bugged items!
Did you trade, sell or mail any exploited items? Yes or No.
I am not sure. I farmed herbs/ores befor the bug was implemented. I sent some herbs to my bank account befor the server massage was released, it is possible that I sent some buggy herbs. I decided to delete all herbs that my bank account recieved that i dont get banned. I deleted them asap as I recieved them.

Greetings,
You meet all conditions listed in this link your case is under review. This process may take up to several weeks depending on the number of appeals we receive. You will then be informed of the results of this review process.

GM Team
OK So here is another guy. Admits he mailed herbs to his alt. yet logged straight away and deleted them and posted a video link. His answer? Since he mailed herbs to a alt he voided his right to appeal.
Hello,
my Character http://realmplayers.com/CharacterViewer ... er=Asunaqt got banned because i looted some bugged Plagueblooms after the dynamic spawn update at 24/12/2015.
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
after i looted some working herbs i found the first bugged herb in Western Plaguelands (37,56) at 14:45 and stopped looting it at 14:50 when a guild member warned me that i could get banned for this.
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
I removed all Items as you can see in that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oN912w2 ... be&pxtry=3
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
i send them to my Bankalt - THE ITEMS ARE REMOVED FROM MY BANKALTS INVENTORY I DONT HAVE ANY HERBS LEFT (video proof above)
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
The first appeal was made at Thu Dec 24, 2015 and this one at Sat Dec 26, 2015.
My ban appeal got denied because i traded the abused Items to my Bank before i deleted all of them as you can see in my video! My english is not the best and you might have misunderstood my first Post.
I didnt write a ticket because Gammelmor from my Guild already made one and alot of other players aswell i didnt think about it could be helpful getting unbanned in that moment and i thought it would be easier for nost GMs if they dont get spammed by 9k players.
So i dont meet everything of the 3rd requirement just because i traded them to my Bank but all items are deleted from my inventory and deleted from my bankalt(video proof above), i dont think this is worth a permanent ban.
Please take a closer look on my case and sorry for my bad english!

Greetings,
Transferring exploited items to your bank alt voided your appeal.

Node Exploit Appeal - Under Review - Nihn
by Nihn » Fri Dec 25, 2015 1:19 pm
Hi,
I posted a ticked yesterday regarding a node I found in Winterspring that was bugged and I wanted the dev team to know of the issue. Had a talk with <GM> Eldoth that ensured me that I did not need to worry as I was honest and did the right thing by reported it. Was willing to delete my 20 thorium that I got aswell. As Long as I did not exploit the bug anymore my account would be safe.
Seems like I still got banned. Please help me out here.
Conversation with GM: http://imgur.com/OcPEXk7
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
- Unknow of time, but I did NOT see any system message on the short time I was online on the 24th, due to the reason for creating a ticket and reporting in the issue. See imgur for the conversation.
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
After seeing the bug knowing it was one. I instantly stopped any farming of thorium, created a ticket to make the devs know of the issue and HSed. The thorium is smelted. BUT is still on my char and can still be deleted. No thorium was sold or used. Reason for not deleting it was that I got confirmation that it was NOT needed by GM Eldoth. Again see imgur.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
Again: The thorium is smelted. BUT is still on my char and can still be deleted. No thorium was sold or used of any sort.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
Made on the 25th.

Greetings,
You meet all conditions listed in this link your case is under review. This process may take up to several weeks depending on the number of appeals we receive. You will then be informed of the results of this review process.

GM Team.
So, Admin. GM. I have given you 2 examples of conflicting punishments.
And look, here is more!
1: A player who did not delete the ores mined during the bug and got to KEEP the ores. YEAH, a GM told him he can keep the ores. This players appeal was approved.
viewtopic.php?f=65&t=29938&p=210199&hilit=nihn#p210199
VS
1: A player who did not delete the ores mined during the bug and opened a ticket asking a GM what to do but never got a reply. This player (me) appeal was Denied. Reason? Not meeting the requirements. #2 Did not delete the ores. (so far 38 people have been denied appeals due to not having deleted the items from their inventory. Some had no chance, some did)
viewtopic.php?f=65&t=29849&hilit=beskermer&start=20
2: A player who admits he herbed up until the system message and "I am unsure" had already mailed herbs to his alt just prior to the system message. He then deleted the herbs off his alt. This players appeal was approved. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30024
VS
2: A player who admits he herbed up until the system message and admits he mailed herbs to his alt. He then deleted the herbs off his alt (while recording it). This players appeal was denied. Reason? He voided his appeal by mailing items to his alt. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30097
3: People who had time to delete the items looted as some bans took over 24hrs to implement. Appeal approved. viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30065#p210104 viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30047
VS
3: People who got banned within 3hrs of the bug and never got to delete this items. Appeal denied viewtopic.php?f=65&t=29849&hilit=beskermer&start=20
4: People who deleted their items and never got banned and never have to do appeals. (cause there are a lot of people still who haven't been "caught") Not going to start naming names.
VS
4: People who got banned and have to appeal.
So, this got me upset again after accepting my ban, cause there are now double standards I have picked up all over the thread now..
So, if a GM has the last word, shouldn't he deal the same punishment for the same offences? Well, if someone who committed the same offence as me gets a appeal approved yet I got denied, well then is this equal justice?
YOUR SYSTEM TO CATCH OFFENDERS IS BROKEN. YOUR BANNING AND APPEALING IS BROKEN.
You yourselves (GM's) need to admit the approach you have taken here isn't working. Banning isn't working since you imposed double standards on appeals. And the actual appeal system isn't working either. If it was fair you would allow players to access their account for 5min to delete the items then submit a appeal since some players had 24hr+)
People messed up, some knowingly some unknowingly. This entire episode is just a mess. The banning isn't working obviously. Truth is right now I'm arguing the principle here. Doubt a lot of the players screwed over here will want to return.
(Oh and I am sure trolls going to say "you got caught, deal with it" or "chinafarmers" or some form of verbal diahorrea. But rather take the entire post and tell me I don't have a raise a valid point instead of harping on 1 point to prove something)
