Regarding Beskermer's Ban

The Account of "Beskermer" has been banned with the following Reason.

He did not delete the Loot in Time.

I have a considerable problem with your decision, because :

1. He was not online when you decided to ban him, nor did you send him a response on his Ticket he opened to report this Bug for quiet a while.

2. He did not transfer the loot to any other characters, nor did he intend to, he kept the "evidence", so you can see what happened and tell him what to do with it, since at the time of the ticket opening there was no information about the bug.

3. You did not tell him to delete the loot in the Ticket response, only that the issue is being investigated. Instead you posted the Bug info and how to avoid ban during his offline time AND banned him during his offline time. When was he supposed to destroy the Loot, when there was no Info in the System Message to destroy it at the Time in question? Also, a ticket was opened and he kept it to wait for your Info on what to do with it. He could not have done anything any better.

4. He was the one reporting the bug TO YOU, he was neither caught nor was he exploiting it, since he did stop once the Ore respawned a handful times on a row and we realized in Teamspeak that it must be a Bug (We talk about 60 seconds looting, 30 Ores and 3 Arcane Crystals here. The Bug was online for more than 45 Minutes, you can not call it exploiting). The System Message ingame appeared a good deal of time later, and it did also NOT mention to delete the Loot, I might add.

5. We have multiple witnisses, that were in Teamspeak at the Time, but non of us got contacted by you even once.

6. He was about to delete the loot regardless, but feared that it might look as if he is trying to hide something if he had deleted it right away. That is why he kept it to wait for your response.

I ask you politely to review his case once again, since he is a good Player and a very liked one by all Guild members, too. We do not want to lose him over a communication problem.
He is the kind of Player that you want on this Server, Fair, helpful, skilled and the nicest person ever. The kind of community member any server hopes for.
To give you an example on what kind of person he is : He sacrificed his own Loot multiple Times and logged on an Alt to help the Guild, right from the first Raid with us until today. He always puts others before himself.
I don't know about you, but to me that doesn't sound like a person exploiting bugs for his own benefit.
And in Fact, he did NOT exploit anything. He did the right thing, reported a bug to you, and you banned him for it, while others who farmed 40 minutes and then sent it to their alts and sold the rest, still roam the realm.

i can confirm i was on Team Speak with him at the time The GM's made the Server warrning.

where we agreed on that the best thing to do is to open a ticket.

As I just found out, since he posted on our Guild's Website :

He even opened an additional ticket asking what to do with the loot. He never received an answer and was banned shortly after when he was offline.
