Friend got banned

Hi dear Nostalrius support Team,
the account from my friend got banned with the suspect of buying some gold (https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=30088).

Perhaps I can explain that there is a little misunderstanding. In my opinion the main reason for this suspect is my name (Nîhao). I only chose this name because I thought this is a kind of funny to play a frost mage with a Chinese name( Not one of my smartest ideas...).
I borrowed gold from him (55 gold direct trade) to buy my lvl 40 mount.
After I sold a lot of stuff and finally earned the 55g to pay him the borrowed money back.
I sent him the money via ingame post with a fishoil and a funny message. In my opinion that the reason why he got suspected.

It would be perfect when you can double check this process. I know that your support team has a bunch of work right now but thanks for your effort !
