I have been banned at level 6??

Hello. My WoW character is Athur - level 6 (Human - Paladin) on the PVP Nostalrius server and I have been banned at level 6.

So it happened like this... I was casually visiting all the profession trainers on my level 6 paladin in Stormwind when BOOM I got banned o.O I wrote 1 message, which was, word for word, "What is the level requirement for Crusader?" in the trade chat ONCE for a friend of mine I was on Skype with, and I got banned...

This is the very first character I create on this server lol.

I assume it was a mistake, but I need help fixing it. Thanks in advance!
