Let me quote what you wrote earlier yourself:

Hi, i dont meet the 3rd requirement but please take a closer look i deleted everything and just traded the Plagueblooms to my bank before like i do with everything to save bagspace and i havent sold anything!

So you didn't delete all herbs, and that is why your ban appeal got denied. Perhaps what you meant was "I sent the items to my bank, then deleted them", but it is not very clear, and this also contradicts the "3rd requirement is broken" statement. So if you really deleted the items, you messed up by writing jibberish ;-)

how do you think i didnt delete all herbs? My english is not the best and its hard for me to write in english.

Because you said you didn't fullfill 3rd requirement. I think this is what the GM saw as well and closed the case on the spot.

If you really have deleted the items, then criteria 3 would be fine as well. If you can re-open the case and tell them you meet all requirements - including removal of all items - then you have a chance if GM's will give it another look.

Notice something here.

This person never deleted the items. Like most of us who got denied. But this appeal was approved since a GM answered his ticket and said he can keep the items he looted. Double standards.

So this "did you delete the items" is no longer relevant? So not only does this person get to skip rule #2. but they get to keep the items? All depends on the GM you talk to huh?

Node Exploit Appeal - Under Review - Nihn

by Nihn » Fri Dec 25, 2015 1:19 pm

Hi,

I posted a ticked yesterday regarding a node I found in Winterspring that was bugged and I wanted the dev team to know of the issue. Had a talk with <GM> Eldoth that ensured me that I did not need to worry as I was honest and did the right thing by reported it. Was willing to delete my 20 thorium that I got aswell. As Long as I did not exploit the bug anymore my account would be safe.

Seems like I still got banned. Please help me out here.

Conversation with GM: http://imgur.com/OcPEXk7

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
- Unknow of time, but I did NOT see any system message on the short time I was online on the 24th, due to the reason for creating a ticket and reporting in the issue. See imgur for the conversation.
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
After seeing the bug knowing it was one. I instantly stopped any farming of thorium, created a ticket to make the devs know of the issue and HSed. The thorium is smelted. BUT is still on my char and can still be deleted. No thorium was sold or used. Reason for not deleting it was that I got confirmation that it was NOT needed by GM Eldoth. Again see imgur.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
Again: The thorium is smelted. BUT is still on my char and can still be deleted. No thorium was sold or used of any sort.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
Made on the 25th.

Then write that in the appeal for christ sake!

What you just wrote was an exact copy of your first appeal, where you basically says you traded the items and does not meet criteria 3, but you mention nothing about items being removed. Reading that appeal leaves no doubt that you have still herbs on your bank alt .... you are in trouble, sir.

And yes, it got declined again. This one you can only blame yourself for.

how should i know that it might help me getting unbanned to not trade the Items to my bank? This cant be the reason to get perma banned.

Sacred wrote:Dear Gamemasters, administrators and Nostalrius community!

I, Sacred, have also been hit by the Nostalrius banhammer yesterday during the nodes issue.
Before the very first server restart to implement the dynamic respawn algorithm I started heading out to WPL to check it out after the server reset. Once the server was back up I quickly found out one of the spawned herb nodes did not despawn (must've been the 3th or 4th plaguebloom I found). I immediately made a GM ticket and posted about it on worldchat as some may have noticed. This must've been around 14:50 24/12/2015.
I quickly left before getting into trouble, yet sadly i did!

Now, I've just read the forum post Daemon wrote in the general chat section and I would like to appeal for a manual ban review. I certainly meet all the mentioned criteria exept for 1 critical mistake where I sent some herbs to my bankalt "Richprick". I deleted those items right away on that character, after reading these forumposts all over the forum. So, I hope there is a possibility to manually review this case and that there are clear logged events for this investigation. I have never been in this situation before and was at that point unaware of the consequences. Not the Christmas I was expecting!

I'd be very sad to lose my beloved paladin and that for such a silly matter, yet I do understand the taken actions in this case, since it would've badly damaged the ingame economy.

With kind regards and a Merry Christmas,

Sacred <Dagordacil>

There are some other players with the same problem aswell

Nostalrius Begins reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to increase a sanction, suspend or terminate your use of the service at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without prior notice to you.

I didn't go through the Nost terms of use fully but this is just wrong and unfair, reason and no reason.

Greetings,

Hellvik, this is something in almost every service Terms of Use. It is even in Blizzard's.
