Banned, but I don't know the reason. I need help.

My WoW character is Quxiaowan( The night elf hunters) on the PVP Nostalrius server and I have been banned.
I want to know what is the cause of the banned. I like this game very much, I'm named after my daughter for my character. I can't continue to play this game, I am afraid that in case of I don't know why, my role is banned. I recall what did I do, I gave my friends a few green equipment. The hunter is lonely. I like to help friends. I have a friend who is a wizard, he banned fear role for trade, he never deal with people, including bread and magic water. This game is a team game, everybody help each other to be meaningful. So I want to know the reason why my account was banned. If I made the mistake cannot be forgiven, please help me to delete my character. Because if I continue to play this game, I hope to continue with this name, it is meaningful to me.
I assume it was a mistake, but I need help fixing it. Thanks in advance!
