One of my Mates got perma banned for unknown reason?

Hey guys, One of my mates has just made an account today, so him and his cousin could level up together, join me in gaming, however as of 30 minutes ago he tried logging in to receive the "BANHAMMER", any ideas? he only just started on the server xD
