Bad Credentials?

I created an account a while ago- maybe a few months- and did not use it for a while. I went to create a character a couple weeks after the creation of the account, and I may have had some trouble with the client. I'm not certain. Anyway, I had issues logging on, and then realized I had forgotten my password. I went to get a new password, and when I tried to enter one in a box appeared saying 'bad credentials'. I posted a thread on this in support. A week or so later, I tried again, and got a message box saying 'success', along with the bad credentials box. I tried to log into the site with the new password, it gave me the bad credentials message again. I've tried to do this a few times since then, no progress. What do I do?

Try to make new account.

the problem is Gm will never give back lost acc´s when u forget pass or any u have to make a new one

The only thing you can do is try to retrieve password using the email associated with the account. If you are unable to do this you are essentially screwed as acct security is the responsibility of the player

To change your password, go to the main Nostalrius Begins website at https://en.nostalrius.org. At the top, click on "Login", and

DO NOT PROCEED TO LOGIN.

Instead, there is a link on this page (before you log in) that says "Forgot your password?" Click that link and you will be led through the process to reset your password.
