Bank account banned again.

Bank alt closed again. (Whoops)

As mentioned in the above link, my bank alt has been closed again. A little research in this forums tells me I should probably level it to 15 before trying to sell anything in trade. I hate to bother you guys once more, but could you once again reopen my bank?
