Banned for no reason?

I had just made my way into Stormwind after hitting level 5 to go see if I could learn 2 hand swords on my Warrior (Bingoqt).

After finding out I couldn't I went to run into the Guild/Tabard shop to get a tabard, after asking in trade chat if there were any guilds recruiting for levelling/ social play I was immediately logged out and given a perma ban?

Could this please be resolved?
