Permanent Banned? Please help because i have no clue why.

Hello,

today i was playing av when i suddenly got disconnected. Trying to log in again showed me the massage that my acc had beeen closed. Logging in on Nost website showed that my Acc was permanently banned.

Of course i instantly looked up the reasons for temporary or permanent bans and i found nothing that would explain why my acc was closed.

Please help me, iam currently ranking and the timeout was not really planned :/

Realm: Nost (PvP)
