Relianth - Banned

Hi,

I got a message saying my account has been banned.

Maybe it has to do with an issue this afternoon:

I was getting a connection error, but only with my account. For testing purposes, I created a new account to see if the error persisted.
I guess it's forbidden to have multiple accounts, but didn't think of that until I saw the banned message.

I can login into the webpage (with both accounts), but not into the game.

Any help is appreciated.

Please make sure you are entering the correct password.
If you had multiple failed login attempts you probably got an automatic IP ban which will lift on its own after 1-2 hours.

If you forgot your password, try to resett it here
