Appeal for ban

I was just banned permanently, with no warning, when walking into SW on a lvl 1 character named
Bankofazerot
I've looked through the Terms and I can't see what i did wrong? I also had 0 copper, so there is no gold trafficking going on.
I literally didn't say anything on the character so i haven't been offensive.
I do have another account, but i was not logged in at the same time, although i was planning on using the character as an "allowed" multibox, and by that i mean Bank-alt.

And I have only used addons from Nostalrius addon-pack. I'm terrified of logging in on my main acc because i don't want to be banned permanently with no warning there too
