Please remove your account ID, as character names is all that is needed to identify the account in question. Openly sharing the account ID is a massive security issue.

It sounds like you were banned by the automatic spam system. If so, a GM should be able to revet the ban soon.

It is recommended that you don't use the chat channels before reaching level 15. Annoying, but necessary to combat the chinese gold sellers.
