Random ban

My character name is Eæ on the PVP server. I was levelling in Ashenvale when an enemy horde mage blasted me with a pyroblast and killed me. Feeling annoyed and tired I ghost walked back when i fell off into the water, by this point I was like sod it and went to talk to one of my roommates for a bit, leaving my account logged in idle in the water. When I came back it said my account was disabled and the website said I was banned permanently.

I was wondering why this happened? was I flagged by some afk system?

I am unsure how you have come to the conclusion I was botting. Thankfully, my friend was on skype at the time and used his shadowplay or whatever recorder to get the last 15 mins of footage for me. He fast forwarded it and sent it to me so I can use it in my appeal here - http://a.pomf.cat/efqcad.mp4 - The video shows me quite clearly standing there not moving after falling off the cliff and then randomly getting banned? I'm going to assume it's some kind of false flag in the system, as I wasn't fishing or doing anything at all, my character is still not moving.

I'd appreciate some kind of investigation as this is clearly some kind of bug in the system, thanks and I hope this gets resolved quickly as so far everything else has been fine (however I think if I remember right when doing the druid bear quest the mob is supposed to run down the tunnel, not phase in next to you :p)
