Banned accounts for /follow

Dear Nostalrius team,

Yesterday when I played with my friends, me and my friend was banned by GM.

We are farmed mobs at RFK, I walked away from the game for a couple of minutes and put my character /follow to get from point A to point B.

When I returned, my account was banned.

As per server rules: “You're not allowed to use any form of program to control multiple characters at once. You are, however, allowed to be logged on, say, two characters. Each multi-box case will be judged individually, so don't worry if you're not doing anything wrong.”

We are not using any soft, like Pwnbox or Keyclone, and dont break any of server rules.
Could some one take a look into this issue and remove bann from our characters?

Greetings,

Both accounts were given a final warning regarding Multiboxing on December 13th.
Both accounts were banned for a second offense Multiboxing on January, 13th.

Multiboxing does not refer to playing with a software that copies actions, it refers to playing multiple characters/accounts simultaneously in general.

This ban is confirmed and will not be lifted.

Feel free to create a new account and follow our rules in the future.
