Banned?

My accounts been banned and I am at a complete loss as too why?
Character Name: Althalius
PvP server
My highest level is a 32 mage who one day I was leveling through desolace and the next was permanently banned?
I have really enjoyed playing on Nostralius and its very disappointing that this has happened. And I dont understand why.
Thanks in advance for any clarification or help!
