Account banned permanently

Hello,
I just joined the server today and I just got perma banned for unknown reason

I was trying to configure my chat, some canals werent working like guild search canal, I was leaving , joining, sending "test" on canals etc..
then I got perma ban

You probably got caught by the spam filter, which is very sensitive at low levels.
It is adviced that you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15 - annoying, but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.

if this is the case, a GM will revert the ban when they get you you in the queue.
