Dear game master:
My account was banned permanently,the character name is Laolv(PVP server),and ive been receive the
reply（the post ask for why banned was written by my friend https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=32246） that my account has been banned for being compromised.To be honest ive found my account may be hacked couple days ago,someone was trying to log in my account.For that i reseted my account password via my mailbox,and doudle checked my computer and network to make sure its safe,i even reinstall the client and anti-virus software.I was shocked that my account was banned today,so i review the rules,and i understand that "The account owner is responsible for the security of the account".Ive realized that its my negligence failed to put my own account under sufficiently protection.But i still apply for unbanned my account cuz i really cherish my account.And its a hard work to creat a new account and start over again.

The account in question was indeed banned for having been compromised. Unfortunately we do not reverse bans on accounts that are compromised. You will need to create a new account and start over.

We highly recommend that you review your security practices so it doesn't happen again.
