Account close on 2 accounts

Hello i have two accounts, one fore the pvp server and one for the pve server. i was just on my pve account taking the zep when i got disconnected and now its saying my account is closed. my other account says the same thing, my pve account character name is grumpyweedle and my pvp account is freakyfast.

Both account have never been banned.

You most likely got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts. This ban will lift automatically after some time.

my pve account is up and going thank you . but now my pvp account goes to unable to connect (as if i dont have internet) and then says its closed again. any way to fix this?
