Account sharing

Hello.

Me with my wife playing together on this server. When she goes to work i decided to complete quest we start before. After a while GM (dont remember name) teleported us and said account sharing is not allowed and deleted both accounts. I tried to tell him that i didn't know about it, and wanted make this situation as warning with my promise that won't happen again but with no success.

We spend much time on our characters and we really care to recover our characters.

Devs here are not the warning type. They simply punish so you really learn not to do such things anymore. The 'I didn't know' card will not work. I'm sorry but I think you'll have to start over.

There are certain things that the devs have a zero tolerance policy against. Account sharing is one of them. Not knowing the rules is not a factor in the ban appeals process. The rules are clearly laid out in the terms of use, which you have to agree to when creating an account. Sorry, but those are the facts.
