Thanks for your reply promptly, I have recalled that before my account banned, I was doing a mission of beating Steel mane guards at Razor Hill. Then suddenly I was offline, so I try to log in immediately. But after a few minutes, it happened again and again and I had no idea why. ‘Maybe there are too many players?' I thought so and try to change the set of agent which is used to connect the global net, but it still didn't work. After that I see the prompt message that my account is frozen.

Except the above information I have no idea about the hacking, is this useful for you to find out the reason?

ps: I am a new player with low-grade here, while I really like your game because I can play it with my girlfriend everyday, we really enjoy the time we spent in the game together.
