Account Banned- Reason？

Hello dear GM's，

would you mind to tell me what happened to my account? ID: chmbaobei, Serve Pvp.

It shows "Your account has been banned permanently" after an abnormal connection-droped. But I really don't know why.

I'm sure that I never used plug-in which is not allowed by the game, cause my girlfriend and me, we always play together and we enjoy the pleasure this game takes to us. Although our levels are both low-grades, we treasure every moment you bring to us, and we really appreciate it.

We never hang up the game before.

Maybe there is sth. wrong with the agent we used to connect with the global net? Do we have some kind of automated issue? should I make a new account?
