I got banned few days ago for no reason. What's going on?
Everytime I use a zeppelin ingame the game keeps crashing.
Is there any chance to revive my account?

You were not banned for playing on a Mac. We have a large number of players using Macs, and the fact that they get kicked off of boats and zeppelins after phasing into the destination zone does not cause problems or result in bans.

You were banned for hacking. This ban is permanent and will not be lifted.
