Account banned ?

I would like to know why i got banned. My router restarted, lost internet connection for like 20 min, and when i try to login back, it says my account is suspended.

You will need to provide a name of a character on the account + the realm in order for an Game Master to investigate your case.

Additionally i suggest removing your account name from the post due to security reasons.

If your character is under level 15. You may have been snatched by one of the spam protections in place. Using any public chat below level 15 can result in a false-positive from the spam protection.

My char is 26 at the moment. I leveled up in barrens, so yes, i spammed alot. So, what needs to be done? can i get my account unbanned?
