i dont understand why i was banned yesterday, untill now, i found some posts they are talking about account banned, because i was farm bug stones and herbs? i never saw the warning message in the game, and somebody told me this is a Xmas activity, now i know that is illegal, a thousand apologize for this behaviour, but can u give me a chance to save myself, im a student who has limited time to play this game because i love it deeply, i never use this bug to make money , could i begging u delete all of my herbs and stones to give me aoppertunity ? even though delete all of my items and equipments, because i spend a lots of time on this game.

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
Be honestly speaking, i really not noticed the system warning message, but when my friend told me, i stop farm immediately,sorry for my stupidity
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
im sure i removed them when i got warning from other people.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
before i deleted them, they are in my bag and bank quietly,all of my items i never used to made money, have been traded and exchanged,

huh, you are saying two different things here. Did you delete them or are they "in your bag and bank quietly" ?

I am not asking if you would delete the items, I am asking if they are not currently on your character. You state that you "removed them," then in the next point you say you say that they are "in [your] bag and bank." Please clarify once more whether or not the items are currently deleted.
