Bannd pls help

Dear GMs
I was useing my main character to help my alt for an elite quest. Which i feel deeply sorry to do that,but pls consider the quest is really hard for my alt to do it alone and i try to find a group and faild for like a long time.
And i was teleport to a white house , ingame GM asking me why i was doing that and its violate the ToU. I told him the reason and promise to logout my main character.
But after 2mins my alt teleport to the white house again and GM told me why i still useing two character in the same time. But at that time my main is ardy logout(but still stay in character list maybe thats why) i got your warning indeed .
Sadly both of my mian and alt got banned. I got you warning and i was logout maybe the latcy or something els make you belive im still multipleboxing . But im sure im not.
maybe its a mistake just pls review my case.

I personally viewed your case and warned you, as you accepted your warning you continued to push further into your dungeon with your alt sitting far back after I recalled you from GM island.

You clearly understood and accepted your wrong doing but continued to break our rules, your ban will remain in place.
