I've played since last summer, and today went to the site, and it turned out that the account is permanently banned.

Is there a way to recover your account? I didn't break the server rules, just haven't played in a game.

You probably got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts. This ban will lift on its own after some time.

If you can't remember your password, try to resett it.
Sometimes a password resett also removes the ban.
