12 days of rez sickness?

So I just logged in today after a month or so I guess, and for some reason I have 12 days of resurrection sickness on me. I don't understand why, and I couldn't find any info on it on the interwebz so if someone could explain this to me or possibly fix it I would be eternally grateful
