Two separate occassions

Hello there Nostalrius.

I've had two issues during my small amount of game-time.
Both of those being bans.

My separate characters were Koltheus and Zayeth, the usernames for both accounts being similar but different.
The first occasion with Koltheus involved asking for 50 silver to go towards flight paths to the Wetlands from Stormwind for when I reached level 10 with my two other friends so I could do the druid quest line for shapeshifting. I was banned immediately after asking in trade and only wish to have my account restored so I can play with my friends. (This account is preferred to be restored, as it is the first I made)
The second one I made, due to a fast solution towards the issue was to make another account and another character, Zaeth, to which I went into Darnassus after going through Teldrassil (lvl 6) and putting into trade chat twice (after a miserly amount of time, I am not aware if there is a certain minute-amountage that I have to wait before I can post and not have it considered spamming) and after the second broadcast into Trade, was immediately banned permanently as was the account with Koltheus.

What I ask is if both these situations violate your conditions and if not, may the one with the Koltheus character be re-obtained and what may I be able to do in the future to make sure neither of these incidents happen again?
