I can't log into my account it says im banned without reason

I just got home from my parrents house and then I tried to log on to my account and it says that the account has been closed!? While I haven't done anything wrong at all and allways played by the rules on my characters? I don't know why or how this has happend when I haven't done anything and haven't been playing today!?

I really want my account back i have spent SO MUCH TIME and effort into my mage Icyrina that i'm ranking atm and just got rank 10 with last week not to mention all my bank characters with all my preparations for AQ that I have spent more than a month of farming and getting together OMG! THIS CAN'T BE TRUE? Please help me!

The characters I have on my account:

Icyrina my level 60 mage that i have worked so hard on getting to level 60 and played BGs so many weeks on now to get the PvP gear i needed! not to metion all the raids i have done with my guild on this character and all the hours of farming to get ready for AQ!

Savelio my level 19 night elf female priest twink that I use as bank to store my materials for AQ

Bolette my level 7 dwarft female hunter that I also use as my bank character

Armilla my level 26 human female warrior alt

Cerinabank my level 1 male paladin that i'm also use to store materials for AQ


I really hope that you can get me my account back I have spent so many weeks to get ready for AQ and finally got rank 10 on my mage last week and now i'm banned all of sudden! I can not belive this!?? It must be some misunderstanding, why would i even do anything to risk my account getting banned with all the effort i have put into it? I don't need gold and i have the materials i need so obviously i would never risk doing anything illigal specially not on my account that i have spent so many hours on and really enjoy to play on. Nostalrius is basically my life and 2nd home at the moment and I would never do anything to break the rules in the terms of use to risk a ban!! This can't be true!

Please help me get my account back it would mean the world to me!

you were banned for multiboxing. Before you claim innocence, you were warned on the 24th of October 2015 that multiboxing is not allowed. Yesterday you were caught multiboxing again which carries with it a sanction of a permanent ban. There is no appealing this decision.
