Accidentally banned while typing in chat

Hi,

My account was banned for saying "item4game.com"
Sorry I didn't realize that it was a bannable offense.
While on my character Breetai on Nostalrius PVE server, I was just saying it jokingly in World Chat in response to someone who had asked where they can buy their BoA gear. They knew full well that there is no BoA gear and were just messing around.
My response was not intended as a serious remark, nor did I intend to promote any gold sellers. My comment was only meant as a joke, I did not know it was a bannable offense.
Please restore my account, I will not make this mistake again in the future.

Just have to say that by putting that in chat you basically advertised for a gold selling website (according to the spam I see in the trade chat in cities) whether it was your intention or not.

I've been playing since August on both the pvp and the pve servers, I've never done anything worthy of suspension before. It was clearly an honest mistake.
I am not a gold seller or promoter of gold selling.
I will not do it again and in future I will just keep my comments to myself.
