banned issue wrong,pls help

Dear Sir/Madam,

hi, my character is Vampiredevin, horde, PVP server, I was banned 2 days ago, and I received banned permanently, I received the reply from GM said that I use an Anti-AFK bot, but Seriously I didn't use it and the reason I AFK in the last battle is that the fire alarm in our building rang， and for safety, our rules is that everyone immediately downstairs and out of the apartment. That's why I AFK in that battle and when I came back I found that my account has been locked and could you please help me to resolve the issue? Because to be honest I didn't use any Anti-AFK bot in this game and I really follow your rules to play this game and I feel really sad about this.
