You used no outside program or some physical contraption to stay online and you weren't logged in on another char?

Seems very weird how you got banned in the first place then. It's hard to fathom what would result in such a false positive detection. I'd hope that your case isn't that a GM thought that "you looked like a bot" and banned you without looking into it in some depth.

The GM disconnected me and as I logged on it took me 5 minutes because every time i entered my information it didn't connect and just said "you have been disconnected" so maybe that 5 minutes login time made the GM assume i was a bot since i took a bit too long to log in ? I don't know otherwise but I provided the GM a video explaining how I am doing it using no Addon or any third party software whatsoever, so I hope soon I get a response at least. And btw I was never ever AFK during that time nor am I afk when i snipe items i was always there physically doing it ;p
Edit: No I wasn't logged on another account just 1 account at a time =)

This account has been banned for performing automatic AH actions, which falls under the bot ban reason. This functionnality is no longer accessible from future clients API, because Blizzard considered that it was not legitimate to use it.

Let me quote the terms of use:

B. Bots; including, but not limited to, any code, hardware and/or software that allows the automated control of the Game, or any feature or component thereof.
