Account Closure?

Last night I was getting ready for bed when I was teleported to a weird place and was told my account would be closed. I was never given a reason and the GM was quite rude to me. A mistake was made on someones part as this account closure was not warranted. I enjoy playing on this server but a random account closure such as that is demoralizing, and I was treated poorly by one of your game masters above all else. This issue needs to be looked into, thanks.
