Banned For nothing not misstyping ban! HELP!!

I recently got my account wrongfully banned --Snip-- is the username I know theres a error message saying sometimes people can be banned etc from entering wrong info but this happened after i first started playing and hit level 5 my friend let me use his account which seems to work just fine i can do anything and everything on his but mines banned after reaching level 5? I joined this from pheonix wow and am already getting intruded with problems >.> no disrespect but can someone help? im entering my correct info and this account worked for 1 day total in time.
