Account Banned with WRONG reason pls help

sorry to bother you, but this issue is urgently, I had a character called vampiredevin, horde, in PVP server,

I was banned permanently a few days ago, and I received the reply from game master said that I use an Anti-AFK bot in the game, but Seriously I didn't use it and never use it. This is the truth. And the reason I AFK in the last battle is that the fire alarm in our building rang,our rules is that for safety, everyone in the room must immediately downstairs and out of the apartment.

That's why I have to AFK in that battle and when I came back as quick as I can, I found that my account has been locked and could you please help me to resolve the issue?

Because to be honest I didn't use any Anti-AFK bot in this game and I really follow your rules to play this game and I feel really sad about this.I spend plenty of time on this level 60 character, and if you could return it to me ,i will appreciate a lot.
