i got 1time/3 "enable to connect" pass/log in are right now for 2 day i'm ban 2/3 time 10min before i can log in

so i dont know whr that came from beceause my other account are not in the same situation

1 : fix my account Osamoual <Genesis> warrior tauren 60
or
2 : give me back my 1st account (unfairly banned for nothing) Osa troll warrior 60 <genesis>
