if your account is compromised it's going to be permanently banned

your only chance of getting the account back is going through the password recovery on the main page (requires e-mail access)

but since you already posted the character names, an investigation will most likely result in the accounts being banned

player's are fully responsible for their account security, which is why item/character/gold restorations will never be a thing. And they will not help you in re-gaining access to your account as this would be abused by account sellers
