Ban without any reason

I create 5 lvl bank char for trading in AH. I sent one message in trade chanell trying to sell item and after few second i had disconnect and ban. What i need to do ?

It is adviced that you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15 - annoying, but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.

A GM will review the case when he reach you in the queue.
